During my participation in the exchange program in Germany, I seized the opportunity to enroll in an online internship program organized by AUCKLAND UNIVERSITY in collaboration with EDUCATION NEW ZEALAND in Vietnam. I was determined to focus on my studies in Germany, but I didn't want to waste the remaining free time. So, I decided to embark on a Virtual-Micro Internship, a chance to gain invaluable experience in the field of market research, and to develop entry strategies for real-world businesses. Furthermore, this experience allowed me to engage with young individuals from different nations, providing me with not only the chance to enhance my cross-cultural and international collaboration skills but also the opportunity to practice working in a multi-national team, something I value greatly in my education in Germany.

In this microinternship, I had the privilege of leading a dynamic, seven-member multinational team in charting the course for Pacific Harvest Company's entrance into the Asian market from New Zealand. This endeavour involved conducting extensive market research, dissecting consumer trends, and crafting a robust entry strategy. Throughout this journey, I showcased exemplary leadership, a keen sense of business acumen, and a profound understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, all of which played an instrumental role in identifying highly profitable opportunities for the company's expansion.
